**Finance Business Partner - Sydney Office - Max term contract**

A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner based in Sydney to make a real impact in our Groups Services portfolios of IT and Infrastructure by helping define the Commercial Finance strategy for our growing business. This is a 15 month parental leave max term contract.**Who are you?**
- You are a seasoned Finance Business Partner with strong commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, sales driven environment.- Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will embed yourself in our Leadership team, modelling out the business and getting to the bottom of what the business drivers are. Your key focus for the first 6 months will be analysing business performance, building out forecasts and engaging with the business to drive improvements and results.**You will have**:

- Strong financial analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, cost management) and a demonstrated understanding of the factors that drives sales growth
- Demonstrated experience of presenting to Senior Management
- Experience in calculation of key metrics used in assessing performance of a SaaS business (Customer acquisition cost, Customer retention, customer lifetime value)
- Advanced Excel modelling skills
- Strategic/Commercial modelling experience
- Ideally experience in undertaking customer driven metrics
- An understanding of how to export to data pipelines and the fundamentals of data warehouses
- A CA or CPA qualification and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience
