We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Partner at Domain. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of a defined group of Agent and Agency customer Domain accounts. Your primary focus will be nurturing, growing, and retaining these accounts through solutions-based selling.

You will be the key point of contact for these customers, providing targeted solutions from our wide range of Domain products to meet their unique needs and address pain points across various channels of engagement.

**Who are you?**
- You will be a connection between Domain and the local market. Continue building Domain’s presence in the local market through nurturing and growing the customer relationship.
- Problem-solving customer needs and working with internal teams to make certain proposals are provided in a timely manner.
- Understanding customer needs and promoting Domain solutions.
- Make & attend ‘x’ number of Client Meetings per week
- Managing any concerns or objections during the sales process.
- Meeting the expected monthly targets to quarterly targets and ensuring all sales activities are appropriately documented.
- Success measures will be to drive the following outcomes to strengthen and grow the customer relationship:

- Sales revenue and quarterly sales growth
- Revenue growth by account and product utilisation
- Maintaining the customer relationship through nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further Domain solutions
- Successfully defining customer needs, delivering Domain solutions-based proposals and managing objections and concerns
- Closing sales opportunities with accurate documentation

**What will really catch our eye**:

- Proven success in account management (retention) and new business development (acquisition)
- Solution Selling Experience, ideally SaaS solutions selling experience
- Someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is confident presenting to both large and small groups
- Highly autonomous with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Skilled with technology, with a willingness to continually develop and enhance
- Ability to think analytically and highlight opportunities with each vertical as key to achieving growth for the business unit
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in CRM systems, with Hubspot and Salesforce experience highly beneficial
- Real Estate and Property background is desirable but not essential
