As a **Marketing Manager, Partner & Alliances**, you will develop and own the partnerships and alliances GTM strategy. You will work to align with your global marketing stakeholders to share and adapt campaigns and strategies. Working with Field Marketing teams you will align with partners’ marketing teams to develop joint GTM campaigns driving acquisition of net new customer logos.

Telling the story of how _together _we succeed with partners is crucial for recruitment, GTM coverage and customer outcomes.

**About the Role**

As a **Marketing Manager, Partner & Alliances**, you will:

- Develop AEM partner GTM growth strategy with deep understanding of partner opportunity, utilizing best practice (industry, global and across region)
- Foster deep cross functional co-ordination and collaboration with partner and alliances, field marketing, sales, proposition and partners' marketing teams to share global & regional insights
- Share and develop best-practice partner programs, communicate best practice within industry
- Telling the Thomson Reuters partner story and joint value, develop website and collateral detailing why and how we will win together; why our joint value proposition delivers for our customers joint customer
- Tell our customers stories and develop amplification programs via DG and partner channels
- Delivering world class end to end experience for our partners, seek feedback, test and learn
- Be the Thomson Reuters company and brand advocate, represent our brand to partners' marketing teams

**About You**

As a **Marketing Manager, Partner & Alliances**, we are looking for one who has:

- 8-10 years leading and executing marketing strategy, partner and alliances experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent
- Success driving effective partner marketing strategy and campaigns across multiple geographies being able to demonstrate impact on pipeline and revenue growth
- Solid content experience developing content addressing full-funnel coverage
- Have an ongoing interest and passion for all things marketing; new mediums, vehicles technologies and best practices
- Strong commercial acumen, self-motivated, innovative, goal-oriented and strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building relationships with partner marketing teams
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, multi-task and prioritize workload
