**About the Role**

Council is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to contribute to the delivery of valuable services to both Council and the broader community.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions for the team, ensuring a positive and professional experience. You'll be the first point of contact for a range of customer service requests, providing timely and accurate advice.

We're looking for a team player with excellent attention to detail, someone who thrives in a busy and dynamic work environment.

This position will also support our ongoing shift toward a more customer-focused approach. You'll play a key role in identifying and contributing to service improvements that enhance how we support our community.
- Proven communication skills with a strong ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to prioritise workload and conflicting priorities within a busy environment
- Prior work experience in a role which involved customer service and experience in Local Government is desirable.
