BFT coaches will use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times. We are passionate about ensuring that our member’s experience is not just confined to the four walls of our studio.

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Head Trainer/Assistant Manager role. We are looking for dedicated individuals that want to be part of something bigger & better, and are willing to work hard to contribute to the growth of our studios. This role would be split across two locations. Our coaches genuinely care about each individual that enters our studio, and are driven by the opportunity to share their passion for health & fitness with others. We are looking for coaches that value evidence based training, high quality coaching, and can take initiative to elevate the member experience. This role requires someone who is able to commit to continued learning, gaining a thorough understanding of the brand & the product they will be delivering, and is able to keep up with the fast paced & demanding environment.

We are seeking individuals with experience in not just coaching, but studio operations, marketing & sales, staff management, member management, and creating community.

**About you**:
Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- Minimum Cert 4 in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Tertiary eduction in Ex Sci/Sports Sci/Human Movement or similar is preferable
- ASCA Level 1 desirable
- Previous experience in personal training & group training
- Previous experience in a strength & conditioning/high performance environment, or working with athletes
- Proven success in building and sustaining a client base
- Ability to build an awesome member community
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Have exceptional customer service and sales skills
- TEAM PLAYER
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people’s lives
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- High level of integrity
- Can-do attitude
