JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has opened for an organised, motivated and versatile coach to join our team.

Located in Dandenong, our brand, 747 is a Training Gym with a difference. We are committed to changing peoples' lives through Personal and Group training. We offer strength & conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, lifting, yoga, HIIT & athletic development classes to achieve exceptional results. We aim to deliver sessions which are both challenging and rewarding, whilst creating an environment that builds friendships and trust.

Working with the Manager and Head Coach, you will be proactive, engaging and be able to manage a varied workload. We will take care of all the hard stuff, so you can focus on getting clients great results.

  • You will not be required to pay rent.
  • 747 will look after all your tax obligations and insurances.
  • We have a Sales and Marketing team to help build your database.
  • You will be trained by industry leaders with 10+ years experience.
  • A Proven Career path with in-house education, upskilling & paid external courses.
  • A guaranteed 15 hours a week to start, with opportunity to grow.
  • Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

All applicants must have:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently undergoing course or studying exercise & sports science degree (or equivalent).
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop as a team.
  • Basic MS Office and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to multi-task in a busy environment.
  • A willingness to work as part of a team, and to work autonomously when required.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will be predominantly running personal training, small group classes and conducting client consultations/assessments.
  • You need to have significant flexibility around the times that you work to suit the businesses demands.

You will work with some of the best trainers in the industry to become the absolute best you can be. Be led by studio owner Kosta Drakoulakos with 14+ years industry experience. 747Fitness was a Finalist in Health & Wellbeing Business of the Year in 2020 crowned Victorian Peoples' Choice Fitness Business of the Year in 2022 & Best Personal Trainer in the City of Greater Dandenong in 2025

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $40.00 – $65.37 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
