**About the role**
- UGL Services, Fuels & Energy are looking to engage with an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our highly effective and experienced Growth & Pre-Contracts Team. Based in Brisbane and working closely with our Growth & Pre-Contracts Manager, you will provide core administration and bid development functions in relation to Pre-Bid, Bid and Post-Bid activities. Additionally, this role will provide day to day support and administration to the team as required.
**About You**
You will draw on your diverse skills and previous experience to create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have:
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point)
- Experience gained in the rail, construction or any other safety critical environment preferred
- Relevant business degree would be an advantage
