Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating winning proposals and supporting the construction arm of our company.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, leading the end-to-end bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities.

We are seeking a talented professional who can manage bid kick-off meetings, work closely with senior leadership and technical teams, and coordinate input and approval from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and submission of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals.
  • Manage bid planning, writing, editing, and formatting to ensure consistent tone, branding, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop tailored responses by interpreting tender documentation and leveraging internal knowledge, past submissions, and SME input.
  • Prepare executive summaries, project profiles, case studies, and other collateral as required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Confident leading meetings and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe InDesign.
  • Organised, process-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Client-focused with an understanding of positioning to win.
