Project Development Specialist

The Project Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and submitting high-quality proposals for major project utilities tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formal qualifications in engineering, business or project management with experience in tendering, business development, procurement, estimating, risk and project controls
  • Strong knowledge of power, water and the energy sectors or the proven ability to rapidly learn new sectors
  • Coordinate with various internal departments such as engineering, estimators, legal, quality assurance and operations
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills including demonstrated proposal writing expertise, facilitation and presentations
  • Acute awareness of market influences and how to strategically respond when tendering, which includes macro-economic, social and geopolitical risk

Key Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in engineering, business or project management
