Serpentine Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Practice Manager** to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our busy and well-established medical practice. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a supportive work environment for our staff.

**About the Role**:
As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical centre, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing administrative and clinical staff, and implementing efficient processes to enhance patient experience. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Manage and support administrative and clinical staff, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, payroll, and billing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.
- Implement and improve administrative systems to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, staff training, and performance management.
- Oversee practice software, and patient record management.
- Develop and implement business strategies to support the growth and sustainability of the practice.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a medical practice management role or a similar healthcare administration position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of medical practice regulations and compliance requirements.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.
- Proficiency in practice management Best Practice software
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
