Senior Business Partnership Role

The role of a Senior Business Partnership Professional at our head office requires several years of experience supporting a large and diverse workforce.

This senior professional will provide high-level guidance on organisational policies, award interpretation, and best practices to business leaders across the company divisions.

  • Providing support for organisational change initiatives
  • Offering expert advice on organisational policies, award interpretation, and HR best practices
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Leading workplace investigations and providing recommendations for resolution
  • Conducting performance reviews and creating improvement plans

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
  • Experience working with a blue-collar workforce
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation
  • Ability to work independently, confidentially, and with integrity
