**Our client, a leading online fashion destination, is looking to scale their social media to new heights and are seeking a content superstar to help them see this through.**

**What your day to day will look like**:

- Coming up with ideas and building content strategy to meet commercial needs of the business
- Understanding the brand aesthetic to perfection and being able to style products to maximise the sales performance of the products
- End to end management of the production of small scale content shoots
- Being in front of and behind the camera - shooting the content using iPhone and other cameras and being the face of the content
- Construct moodboards to present to give stakeholders an insight into shoot ideas and concepts
- Styling on self and creating talking to the camera video content for TikTok and instagram
- Reporting on the results and performance of the content created on organic and paid channels

**Experience required**:

- Amazing style that is inline with the brand aesthetic and ticks all the new trend boxes
- Confidence in speaking to the camera - living and breathing socials and having the ability to influence an audience
- Experience in shooting both still and video format content using iPhone and camera for organic and paid channels
- Experience working with models in photoshoot settings
- Experience in planning executing and managing small scale shoots within set budgets
- Exceptional people skills, able to build and maintain positive relationships with models, team members and the social media community
- Experience with community management on social platforms
- Passionate and motivated by results and driving sales and engagement
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to plan and work on multiple projects at once
- Excellent time and task management skills
- Ability to take feedback, suggestions and work exceptionally well with a team of creatives
- Great knowledge of social media, influencers as well as pop culture
- Able to edit photo and video content to meet briefs
- Relevant industry knowledge of local talent is ideal
