**Position Overview**:
As a Content Creator at our hospitality marketing agency, you will be responsible for producing compelling and visually stunning content that captures the essence of each café and restaurant. You will work closely with the in-house Social Media Manager and Creative Director to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various cafes and restaurants across Sydney, including locations in Bankstown, Emerald Hills, and beyond, to capture captivating content.
- Create daily content including reels, stories, that highlights the unique features, ambience, and cuisine of each establishment.
- Collaborate with the social media manager/creative director to align content with strategic objectives and branding guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and incorporate them into your content creation.
- Edit and post-process content to enhance its visual appeal and storytelling impact.
- Manage content schedules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Foster strong relationships with café and restaurant owners to ensure their vision is represented accurately in the content.
- Embrace the opportunity to indulge in complimentary meals at each location visited.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media influencer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using videography equipment, along with editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with a knack for capturing unique angles, moments, and perspectives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visual content.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within Sydney wide.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous content creation work is required.

**Location**:Remote editing work with a potential option to transition to a physical office environment in the coming year.
