**About the Role**

At Cashrewards, the Content Creator is responsible for the development and delivery of audio, video and photographic assets for the brand, paid media acquisition channels, social media and our owned retail campaigns. In this newly created role, you will report to and works collaboratively with the Senior Content Creator to translate concepts into best-in-class production and works collaboratively with the members of the wider Creative team to ensure content is developed on brief and complied with brand guidelines.

**Your Focus**:

- Support the Senior Content Producer to deliver Cashrewards in-house video production and photography capability including filming, editing and post production.
- Produce new video content ideas for Cashrewards social, acquisition, product and owned retail marketing campaigns.
- Produce new video content ideas for merchant campaigns across both cashback and retail media placements.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Content Creator to ensure all original creative work is insight driven and answers the brief and ladders up to the Cashrewards content strategy for social channels, contributing best practice and emerging social/video trends and ideas.
- Identify and maintain the physical equipment and software required to bring to life creative across video and photography, including post production tools and technology.
- Be the go-to person for what’s trending in video and social content and how to work with the ever-changing algorithm, creative trends and industry best practice.

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as degree in art, graphic design, marketing or other relevant fields.
- Experience in content creation roles either within an agency environment or in-house creative team.
- Experience in concepting, writing, filming, editing and publishing video content.
- Proven understanding and experience of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, HTML5, dynamic creative, digital media, video production and a desire to stay abreast of the latest marketing and creative technologies.
- A creative thinker who can use the right tools to produce creative that helps the team to drive deliver strategic brand and business outcomes.
- Strong video editing skills with experience using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier or similar.
- Ability to collaborate with other creatives across the team.
