The Role

**Coco & Lola** is a progressive multi-brand womenswear fashion retailer representing a premium curation of Australian designer brands. Over the past 15 years Coco & Lola has built an internationally recognised brand that celebrates Australian designers and has become an influential fashion retail destination. Coco & Lola has flagship boutiques located in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and is leading the way in creating unique and immersive retail spaces that provide exceptional service and a standout omnichannel experience to our customers Australia-wide.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong creative eye that is passionate about creating unique content, highly skilled in strategy and planning. This role sees you working with our Creative and Digital team based in Sydney. You will be responsible for executing and curating authentic, innovative and engaging content with the Coco & Lola customer front of mind.

This role is highly creative which requires thinking outside of the box and bringing new ideas to the forefront daily. In a hands-on and fast paced role, you will develop highly engaging content across multiple digital channels that has a strong link to brand strategy. You will be a brand ambassador for Coco & Lola in every facet and requires a highly organised, quick to pivot and passionate team player.

As a Content Creator your tasks will consist of:
Create, execute and capture engaging, innovative and unique content for our Coco & Lola customer across all digital platforms, including Instagram (stories and reels), eDM, Facebook, Tik Tok and the Coco & Lola website.

Create and execute both static and motion content in line with creative briefs developed by our Head of Brand and eCommerce and Digital Team. This includes, flatlays, rack and visual merchandising imagery and videos.

Execute, capture and bring energy for Coco & Lola team launch photos.

Execute daily and weekly creative briefs to share with the wider eCommerce and Creative team on ideas for flatlays, videos, IG TV and reels.

Assist in content shoots from beginning to end including preparing stock, steaming, organising shoot lists in order, preparing shoes, jewellery and styling with the Coco & Lola customer front of mind.

Collaborate daily with internal Coco & Lola teams to maximise opportunities for content creation.

Assist in curating and capturing content moments for all digital channels including store activations, store openings and the weekly Coco & Lola brand launches.

Be involved in weekly meetings / or as necessary with the Creative Team and eCommerce team to discuss content performance, engagement and new concepts.

Have a finger on the pulse with new social media trends and platforms to keep Coco & Lola at the forefront of.

Be able to follow creative content briefs developed by our creative team and execute within a certain timeframe.

Be able to work independently to execute creative briefs and lead by example when creating and being present within the Coco & Lola retail space.

Be involved and take part in Coco & Lola content, while being a brand ambassador for Coco & Lola in every facet.

Be able to edit and create IG Reels & Tik Toks.

A strong eye and attention to detail, ensure that the Coco & Lola brand and product is represented to the highest standard in created content.
