**Background**:
Established in 2012, Digital Minds is an award-winning marketing agency working with some of Australia's best brands including Luxury Escapes, Mustard Made, Kip + Co, AutoTrader, Aurora Expeditions, Travello, Merry People, Sydney BridgeClimb and Gumtree Group (to name just a few).

**Role**:
As our Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping to deliver our agency KPI's to clients including brand awareness, digital channel performance and contributing to higher ROI for clients through the delivery of excellent Performance Creative.

Reporting to the Content Director, you will be working across our various Performance teams to gather briefs, contribute to the creative ideation process and gather creative requirements.

You're someone who follows social trends closely and loves looking into insights - yet this is a creative role which also requires someone who is highly organised, enjoys a fast pace and thrives on variety of tasks and requirements in their day.

It's important that you also have the skills and interest in being 'hands on' with design and ad iterations, so you will work closely with our Content Director in both supporting creative and content development.

**Skills + Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in an agency role or working in-house as a Content Creator
- Experience with design and art direction for Paid Social ads, as well as video editing and software (eg. Adobe, Canva, other)
- Good written communication skills, with experience writing creative briefs in prior role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and comfortable with a fast pace, enjoying the variety of a role and the opportunity to work across a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
