Hello Brisbane We are working on a unique seafood market + kitchen establishment that will mainly include premium fresh and cooked seafoodand that’s only touching the surface of what we have planned.

With our previous businesses in the hospitality industry we insist on quality of produce both raw & cooked, amazing customer service & culinary excellence.

We are now seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our new family here in Brisbane.
- Job role rotation would be necessary
- Various positions must have RSA + Mandatory IM ALERT Certificates
- Strong communication skills, organisational skills to delivering exceptional customer service and team player
- A true passion for food, hospitality and people
- Solid experience in the kitchen
- Ability to meet deadlines, work to a weekly schedule, reliable, honest and hard working
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

**DEEP FRYER**
- experience in grill, deep fryer cooking and cooking seafood

**SHORT ORDER COOK**
- Preparation, handling of food, cooking meals to order and experience in cooking seafood

**HEAD CASHIER / FULL TIME + CASUAL**
- efficient cash handling and POS experience is mandatory

**WAIT STAFF**
- A passion for people and providing memorable guest experiences

**FULL TIME SUPERVISOR / MONGER**
- Have the ability to train & develop small fresh market team, expertly fillet & portion whole fish and other seafood.

**SUSHI CHEF**
- Showcase your expertise in creating delicious eye catching Sushi and Sashimi dishes

**SALES FULL TIME + CASUAL**
- Sales of fresh seafood experience preferred but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
