We are looking for a full time, onsite **Marketing Coordinator** to join the **NSW Marketing team** at **Warwick Farm**.

Join a fast-paced marketing team supporting leading automotive brands across NSW. We’re looking for an organised and creative all-rounder to help manage marketing activities, events, social media, and design needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
General Administration & Coordination
- Manage marketing briefs via Trello
- Respond to Google reviews and manage inbox/comments (GMB)
- Monitor and manage messages/comments across NSW social media pages
- Provide general admin support including NSW events calendar updates, monthly reporting, and presentations
- Invoice coding and supplier coordination

Event Support
- Assist with coordination of launches, activations, sponsorships, and promotional events
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage event logistics (bump-in/out, itineraries)
- Source quotes for event materials (POS, decals, signage, apparel, etc.)

Social Media & Content
- Plan and schedule monthly social content calendar across all brands (as required)
- Create content (website hero banners, PMAX, GDN, posts, reels, carousels) using Canva
- Edit image/video content from dealerships as needed

POS & Asset Management
- Source quotes and manage distribution of marketing collateral across NSW dealerships and service centres
- Coordinate transport and offsite delivery of assets

Design & Creative (Canva + Basic CMS)
- Support the Graphic Designer with social graphics, reels, flyers, eDMs, banners, and print assets (as needed)
- Manage website content updates (text, images, disclaimers, banners)
- Create and upload public holiday creatives to websites and social platforms

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proficiency in Canva (design, video editing)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Social media management experience (organic content, inbox handling)
