**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and fast learning person to join our National e-Salvage Team. You will be joining a team of specialists in managing our online salvage vehicles sales operations; we work with around 60 holding yards outside the Pickles branch network and we sell about 200 - 250 salvage assets per week in situ from the holding yards. The salvage yards use AutoCheck to book in the salvage assets and then our team completes the end to end process: catalogue checks, valuing, PPSR checks, lotting, selling online, payment and transport.
Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working **Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5.00pm, working from home** with training taking place at the Salisbury Plain branch if required. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, knowledge of the salvage vehicle auction process, and ability to work without supervision.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Lotting of weekly e-salvage national sale (approx. 200-250 lots)
- PPSR checks
- Uploading of photos and website check prior to starting sale
- Post sale - sell out and referrals
- Organising decal removal for the yards where required
- Lodging WOVRS on SA Written Off Vehicles Register
- Catalogue checking
- Overseeing Daily Inwards Cars report
- Liaising with insurers for questions (i.e number plate disposals - payout and decal removals)
- Back Office - SI - completions Stock relocation (i.e stock transfers, stock management)
**ABOUT YOU**
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience**:
- Superior customer service experience and willingness to make and answer a high volume of phone calls regarding assets and sales
- Understanding of PPSR and WOVR requirements, previous experience in salvage division is highly advantageous but not required
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
