We are currently seeking a highly motivated to join the team in Melbourne.

**Job Overview**:
As a analyst you will play a crucial role in the investment process, including identifying, performing company valuations, and executing aquisitions. You will work closely with Directors and receive support from your peers and manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investment Analysis**: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation modeling, financial statement analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- **Market Research**: Perform industry and market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment targets.
- **Deal Execution**: Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Portfolio Management**: Support the monitoring and evaluation of portfolio companies, including financial performance tracking and strategic initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior team members on deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of transactions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a solid understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with private equity investment processes, market research, and industry trends.
- **Personal Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
