**The Role ( 6-month Fixed Term contract) - Maternity Leave Cover**

You will support the hiring and pipelining of talent for KBR’s Australia Defence and Security Solutions division, with a focus on continuous improvement and providing organisation assistance. You will also contribute to sourcing, interviewing/assessment, employer branding and general administration of the talent acquisition function. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Brisbane, this opportunity is available in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Canberra.

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and share that knowledge with others
- Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Defence industry experience will be highly reagarded.
