We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with significant recruitment experience within internal, agency and or RPO recruiting mid to senior level IT Professionals to join our successful virtual first ANZ Talent Acquisition team.

This role is a true internal role that will allow you to partner with the Practice Lead and Senior Managers within the Consulting and Analytics Practice to source talent in the region and be based out of Canberra.

You will on a day-to-day basis work with business leaders to source exceptional talent for current requirements, build pipelines for future opportunities and work collectively and collaboratively with the broader ANZ TA team on process and technology improvements to support demand in the region.

We are looking for a confident recruiter who can:

- Identify new ways to engage, attract, source and pipeline talent
- Maintain effective and compliant processes
- Strengthen key talent pipelines across Australian and New Zealand
- Maintain current knowledge of industry employment trends and internal compensation
- Confidently liaise with senior management at all levels of the business as well as with third parties including vendors
