APRA's mandate is to protect the Australian Community by establishing and enforcing prudential standards and practices designed to ensure that, under all reasonable circumstances, financial promises made by institutions we supervise are met within a stable, efficient and competitive financial system.

To help us deliver on our mandate and strategic priorities, our Insurance Risk team is seeking an experienced PHI specialist to join APRA's Insurance Division.

You will collaborate with a wide range of teams across APRA, along with industry stakeholders, and have an opportunity to be involved and lead the assessment of key insurance industry practices, including on-site and off-site technical reviews, and producing and delivering technical training to APRA staff.

This role would suit an existing industry professional with extensive PHI experience, willing to take on a new challenge and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

There is opportunity for flexible working arrangements, including the potential for part-time/job sharing.
