**About the role at Lendi**

As Risk Specialist, you will proactively identify, manage, test, and mitigate risk across the Lendi group's Lending division, advocate to protect our customers, as well as our business and brand from risks.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Risk Management Policies and Procedures - Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks
- Risk Monitoring - Monitor risk levels and report potential risks to senior management and other stakeholders
