**Company**:A global banking institution, who. Relevant to this role, link with major global equipment manufacturers to provide them with a facility to sell their equipment on Finance and Leasing payment solutions.

**Opportunity**: Asset Management of the fleet of assets, as they approach the end of term and then need to be sold is where the profit is made in a Lease. This Support role is a great next step for a leasing professional.

**Role**: Is part of a small team of 5, who are expanding. The record growth of the past few years has meant there are record levels of assets coming back and record numbers of assets on lease.

This support role will be working with the other Asset Managers and Remarketing Managers, to handle the discussion with customers regarding their options as the lease approaches End of Term. Co-ordinating the asset inventories with remarketing partners, invoicing for equipment sales as they occur and calculating pay-out figures.

This is such a broad role as it offers the person a chance to get involved with Residual value setting and client relationship management as future development.

To achieve in this role, you need to:
1. Understand the importance of making a return, over and above the Residual Value.

2. Understand the deals this company has done with manufacturers, where they buy the used assets back.

3. Manage the relationship with Settlements and Sales to ensure that size of the Residual Value (invested) in the Lease is a fair reflection of it's future value at end of term.

4. Understand the value of a fleet customers who might lease a wide range of assets and balance this with the return conditions.

This is a broad role offering a wide range of progression options, while working for a company who has embraced the hybrid work model.

**Requirements**: We are seeking Support officers with the following qualities and Experience:
1. Prior experience in Fleet leasing or Equipment Finance, knowing what an RV is in an operating lease.
2. Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded
3. B2B commercial experience as you will be co-ordinating B2B transactions
4. Show that you are organised and accurate with all your work
