Tecside currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Coordinator/Administrator to join our successful team based in Liverpool, Sydney.

You will be required to assist the Account Manager and Talent Specialist with all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a fast-paced office environment and exposure to providing superior customer service and administration duties.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Placing and Managing advertisement responses
- Arranging interviews / phone interviews / video conferencing
- Organising D&A’s and pre-employment medicals when required
- Assist in coordination of weekly timesheets for casual workers
- Manage placement compliance and conduct weekly placement compliance reports in conjunction with National Operations Support.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)
- Recruitment resourcing experience highly advantageous
- Administration experience in a blue collar industry
