Tecside currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Talent Coordinator** to join our successful team. With our brand new office in Prestons, we are looking for a motivated person to join our blue-collar division.

If you're someone who enjoys working as part of a great team, loves a challenge but most of all determined to win - this role is certainly worth considering We're looking for a hands-on operator who can lead and guide their fellow team members, in additional to the day-to-day duties of the role.

**A day in the life of a Talent Coordinator;**
- No two days are ever the same
- You will need to be resilient and dedicated to delivering for your clients
- Identify and target new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Placing and Managing advertisement responses
- Arranging interviews / phone interviews / video conferencing
- Deliver Tool Box Talks to workers on a regular basis addressing identified and emerging hazards
- Outgoing friendly personality
- Confident
- Wants to be part of our team and contribute to team success
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)
- Willingness to learn
- B2B Sales experience / 360 recruitment experience
