An additional 8 hours per week will involve administrative responsibilities including rostering, stakeholder liaison, resource planning, and team operations in collaboration with the Senior Program Manager. You'll play a key role in maintaining program quality, mentoring and training staff, and ensuring day-to-day service delivery.

**Can you bring the following to our team?**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, disability, education, or a related field (minimum 3-year degree)
- At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in the disability sector in a client-facing role
- Capacity to work flexible hours, including up to 4-5 inactive sleepover shifts a fortnight including mid-week and weekends in our group-based programs

- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to be part of a 24/7 on-call support roster including rostered weekdays, and shared weekends. As part of this role, you may also be required to attend programs to support staff or cover absences whilst on call.
- The ability to coordinate the day-to-day operational requirements of program delivery, including rostering, resource planning, documentation, and communication with staff, families and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal with a respectful and solution-focused mindset
- A high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and self-motivation
- And most importantly, a values-driven approach rooted in flexibility, connection, respect, and authenticity

**Benefits**
- Opportunity to be part of passionate team, and an innovative organisation
- Well remunerated in line with the SCHADS award
