**The Role**
Within the Logistics Management function an APS2 Store Person is accountable under routine direction to perform and achieve straightforward inventory management work within an integrated workforce. They:
- Are accountable to have a basic understanding of and compliance with relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements.
- An APS2 Store Person will perform work against established priorities and procedures.
- May be required to undertake a range of procedural, clerical and administrative support tasks to support their work unit.
- Contribute to team discussions to achieve outcomes and will seek assistance when required.
**About our Team**
The APS2 Store Person would be integral to the team that include such functions as inventory management and data entry to support logistics inventory.
Maintenance of effective working relationships within the team environment and actively participating in teamwork and group activities.
In the APS2 Store Person I would be looking for someone who is intelligent, pro-active, professional and willing to be part of a highly motivated group of defence personnel.
I would expect them to work collaboratively and be able operate independently and in a group environment.
Be able to problem solve, use their initiative in a busy work environment and work within policy and regulatory frameworks.
