**Head of Technology Simplification Program (UNITE) Oversight**

- Opportunity to lead a 2LOD team focused on UNITE program initiatives

**How will I help?**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure effective governance and quality of Change Execution Risk (delivery and delivered risks) in the UNITE program and initiatives.
- Support the Head of Technology Risk by providing expertise in technology to divisional CROs on UNITE initiatives.
- Lead the oversight of data and data risk management of the UNITE program and initiatives.
- Manage the engagement with an external assurance partner.
- Develop strong relationships with business partners to support UNITE objectives for the bank.
- Act as a coordination and conduit for 2LoD engagement with the UNITE Program.
- Assist with developing and building a capability to support 2LOD oversight of UNITE.
- Leading the team consistent with Risk division strategy, Group strategy, Group policies and frameworks, relevant delegations, the Group Risk Appetite Statement and applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee team management including motivating and leading a high-performance team, attracting and retaining required talent.

**What do I need?**

You will bring strong knowledge and practical experience (10 + years) in Technology/Cyber risk advisory, ideally within Financial Services. You will demonstrate experience with a Large-Scale technology portfolio (10 + years) and a track record of innovative leadership where you can provide examples of influencing senior business leadership teams around strategic thinking and prioritisation. You will have experience with documenting technology controls and/or control assessments. With strong analytical, problem solving, communication and influencing skills you will demonstrates mastery capability across Risk in Change and Risk oversight, advice & insights.
