**In this Head of Simplification Diagnostics and Solutions role, you will**
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the simplification diagnostic function across the organisation
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to understand the current operating environment and identify complexity drivers
- Design and implement innovative solutions to simplify and streamline channels/ products/processes
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of simplification initiatives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and buy-in
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of simplification initiatives

**What you’ll bring**
- Seasoned professional within banking and financial services
- Proven track record of leading successful simplification and efficiency projects with a background in business model diagnostics, lean process re-design and change delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Ability to solve complex enterprise problems and create pragmatic solutions
- Strong leadership skills and champion of our Who We Are behaviours
