**About Us**:
Press’d Juice is a fast-growing small business which prides itself in creating the highest quality taste conscious cold pressed juices. We researched long and far to develop the right techniques and ingredients that would bring great Aussie fruit and vegetables together, with their fabulous flavours still shining through.

After many trials, we found cold pressing and High Pressure Processing techniques are the only ones that provided the quality we were after. This resulted in a range of cold pressed juices that taste deliciously raw and fresh with a sustainable shelf life. It also has the added bonus that our method retains superb nutritional qualities that are lost with other juicing procedures.

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our dedicated team.

The Operations Manager will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will be responsible in overseeing the entire production process including manufacturing, logistics, procurement, ensuring efficient and high-quality output while adhering to health and safety regulations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to maximise efficiencies and drive operational excellence and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**: Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets.
- **Operational Management**: Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments for improved efficiency and quality.
- **Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring a high level of motivation and performance.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **Resource Management**: Oversee the use and maintenance of production equipment and machinery, including the Avure High Pressure Processing Machine AV-10.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure the highest product standards.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed reports on production performance, issues, and solutions.

**Skills and experience requirements**:

- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of production management and health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in Excel, with the ability to interpret and manage data accurately.
- Ability to analyze production data and resolve issues promptly.
- Experience in operating Avure High Pressure Processing Machine AV-10.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
