Together, they’re building a game-changing B2B fulfilment business — supplying premium blanks and digitally printed branded apparel to creators, brands, and businesses. With global warehousing, high-profile foundation clients (such as CUB), and revenues already forecasted in the millions, Room Service is ready to scale.

Now, they’re looking for their first dedicated Operations Manager to help make it happen.

**What’s the gig?**

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity for an ambitious operator with ecommerce experience. The Operations Manager will own and optimise the end-to-end engine room, from inventory and fulfilment to production, logistics, and reporting.

The role spans three continents: Melbourne (Threadheads HQ and fulfilment), China (Threadlab manufacturing), and the US (3PL partners). It’s hands-on, commercial, and designed for someone who wants to grow with the business, not just run someone else’s playbook.

**What’s on the to-do list?**
- Keep inventory humming across Melbourne, China, and the US
- Help streamline digital print production and on-demand fulfilment
- Coordinate supply chain flow and international imports
- Support financial reporting and margin optimisation
- Improve systems, workflows, and warehouse processes
- Implement new tools, tech, and automation platforms
- Contribute to building a high-performing warehouse and production team

**Who are they looking for?**

Someone who gets ecommerce. Someone who’s worked in logistics, production or fulfilment. Someone who wants to take the initiative and build something from the ground up.

This role could suit a capable mid-level operator ready for their first significant leadership position, or an experienced operator who enjoys scaling startups and enhancing operational efficiency.

**Must-haves**
- Background in ecommerce, D2C, or product-based fulfilment
- Experience in logistics, production, or operations
- Commercial mindset with solid reporting chops
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, scrappy environments
- Clear communicator, calm under pressure, hands-on operator
