We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative **Solution Designer**with deep expertise in **Microsoft Azure**to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design end-to-end data solutions leveraging **Azure services**such **as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL,**and **Azure Data Lake.**:

- Define data models, integration patterns, and data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and enterprise architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Provide guidance and **mentorship**to data engineers and developers.

**Experience required**:

- 8-10 years of overall Experience & hands on with **Azure Services - Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Azure SQL and Pyspark**:

- Experience in Enhancement project and Safe agile, Architectural governance, design patterns.
- Experience in the Data warehousing architecture.
- Partnering with teams and leaders to provide strategic consultation for business process design/optimization, creating strategic road maps, implementing technical solutions to accelerate the fulfilment of the business strategic vision.
- Advising and mentoring teams as required.
- Programming/Enhancement with Python, Pyspark.
- Define Data Ingestion Frameworks, ETL/ELT in conjunction with Business & technology Capabilities, map it to Azure Tools (ADF, DataBricks) & technologies
- Ensure data solutions meet governance, security, and compliance standards.
