**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
- Proven work experiences in an electrical/electronic manufacturing environment;
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities;
- Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, blueprints and specifications;
- Ability to use electrical hand tools, multimeter etc, as well as power tools such as drills, bench grinder, drop saw etc;
- Ability to recognise and quarantine non-conforming product.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Attend site inspections in preparation of formalising quotes & tenders;
- Read, interpret & understand customer technical specifications, drawings & other requirements;
- work with tendering team to submit formal tenders upstream;
- Develop scope of works, specification, BoQ for subcontractors or vendors downstream;
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to obtain information and calculate costs;
- Actively participate in Risk & Opportunity and contract reviews;
- Use of first principles to develop accurate estimates;
- Conduct research & maintain a database on labour costs, materials, production times etc;
- Liaise with suppliers to get up to date pricing & product availability for items such as panels, inverters, batteries, racking & BoS;
- Collaborate with the design, procurement & project execution team to develop optimised solutions;
- Assembling, testing, fault finding and repairing of ITS field cabinets, traffic signal controllers & electrical switchboards;
- Connect electrical systems to single and three phase supplies;
- To conduct activities in a safe, quality and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with Braums’ Quality, OH&S and Environmental policies, and procedures;
- Provide technical support to co-workers as required and assist electrical engineering team with design and layout of electrical systems;
- Follow inspection test procedures;
- Contribute to company growth & development to ensure the success of our core company goals are met.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Electrical engineering: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
