Aiden Darling Harbour represents a fusion of convenience and style, 88 compact rooms with all the amenities the modern traveler is looking for, unique hand-painted murals, a combined lobby, café and bar in a lovingly remodeled 1930s Art Deco building.

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager who can assist our small Guest Services Team to be receptionists, porters, baristas, wine pourers, local guides and executive assistants. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about everything Sydney, the Pyrmont neighborhood, creating meaningful and enjoyable guests experiences.

You will be spending your time.
- greeting guests on their arrival and assisting them to check in and out at the self-serve kiosks
- ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
- creating and maintaining a supportive and fun team culture
- recruiting, developing, training and supervising the F&B and Front Office team
- coordinating the team, and implementing procedures to ensure we meet and exceed our savvy guests’ expectations
- managing reservations and systems
- multitasking during busy service periods

The ideally you will
- have a passion for exceptional guest service
- be self motivated and have a solutions orientated approach
- be keen to learn and thrive in a small supportive team
- have lots of experience in front office and reservations
- have a friendly approach and be a great communicator
- have experience in supervising team members
