An opportunity has arisen for a driven and focused individual to join the business on a full-time permanent basis as an Personal Assistant working alongside the Managing Partner. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Administrative Support to the Board including preparation of Board Agendas and minutes
- Organise travel and accommodation - book (domestic and overseas)
- Organise monthly corporate credit card and expenses reimbursement
- Arrange meetings internally/externally
- Maintaining a logical and efficient filing system for electronic documents stored on the SharePoint site
- Maintenance and management of the boards contact database
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Producing Client presentations using PowerPoint and Word.
- Traditional executive assistant duties - inbox management, diary management, meeting arrangements, administration support, travel, etc.
- Data entry onto the new CRM database, Bullhorn
- Personal duties for Managing Partner
- Administration overflow from the other consultants
- Reception duties cover / overflow (mínimal)

**About You**:

- Similar experience from a corporate environment in Personal or Team Assistant Capacity
- Intermediate to Advance level MS Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build effective and trusting relationships
- Highly organised with great prioritisation skills and capable of juggling competing tasks
- Experience in project administration desirable but not essential
