- Take the lead on everything Front Office and make it happen
- Drive upsell revenue through effective team training
- Hands on, you are a natural born leader with the ability to nurture, develop and bring out the best in your Shiny Happy Team
- Jump into F&B, reservations and anywhere else that's required
- Create, inspire, initiate. You have the freedom to do so
- Work with the Front Office Manager and General Manager to deliver on effervescent, fabulous, unconventional and never boring experience Ovolo Is renown for

**About you...**
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Previous experience in similar job role or 2-3 years’ management experience in large up-scale hotel.
- Tech Savvy; Experience in Hotel Management software and Point of Sales software.
- Reservations experience preferred
- You are a leader who mentors and gives guidance to the team you manage
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Interpersonal, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- AMAZING personality with a natural ability to build rapport and build great relationships
