This newly created role has been carefully designed to help support the business as they continue to grow, assisting with implementing an HRIS and continuous improvement of processes, whilst affording greater accessibility to HR metrics and data.

Reporting into the GM of People, Safety & Culture, some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Implement and support the Cornerstone HRIS management system, becoming a Super User of this system (training will be provided)
- Safety administration including safety training co-ordination and compliance on Mango, maintaining compliance registers
- Assisting with compliance, performance appraisal administration, and overflow of generalist HR responsibilities.
- Generating reports and HR metrics including WGEA, board reporting
- Process improvement including streamlining processes, updating templates, updating policies and procedures.

To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR reporting role
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including Excel.
- Excellent administration skills, and strong level of attention to detail.
- Previous experience in OHS/Safety reporting is advantageous but not required.
