Join HESTA and play a vital role in supporting our People & Culture team

We're seeking an organised and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR solutions and administration. You'll be the key person managing employee lifecycle processes and supporting our Head of People & Culture.

Your day will see you:

  • Manage the onboarding/offboarding processes end to end for employees and contingent workers
  • Coordinate  monthly corporate inductions
  • Manage new starter background checks
  • Manage probationary review process
  • Oversee the effective management of the People Advisory mailbox, including triaging all inbound enquiries
  • Maintain HR documentation and employee records
  • Provide administrative support to Head of People & Culture
  • Coordinate learning events and manage LMS
  • Coordinate P&C team activities and meetings

About you:

  • Prior experience in a HR administration or coordination role
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Understanding of HR policies and basic employment legislation
  • Prior senior manager diary management (desirable)
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
