**The Role**:
This pivotal role leads and oversees our global IT Systems with specific focus and experience in using and managing **NetSuite**. This role will provide configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting support to all users across our global departments. The role provides opportunity to improve and develop NetSuite system solutions and processes within the company whilst maximizing productivity of the platform across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Using NetSuite’s native tools to create, integrate, and maintain high performing dashboards that can be tailored to our business needs
- Ensuring that the backend of NetSuite functions correctly
- Be able to translate a user friendly, customisable and accessible dashboard
- Provide ongoing technical support to our global team
- Providing NetSuite training to team members and keeping system knowledge current
- Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required
- Responding in a timely manner to system issues and requests
- Manage and maintain business continuance and recovery plans
- Supporting data import processes and migration
- Maintaining NetSuite system updates
- Drive testing, planning, execution, and optimization support
- Work with end-users to understand business needs to identify best solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organisations as required
- Overseeing and managing the IT help desk and administration function
- Provide company system configuration support for NetSuite
- Document and recorded knowledge base customised to the Grace Loves Lace NetSuite environment and business workflows accessible from within NetSuite

**Essential Knowledge/Behaviours Required**:

- NetSuite administrator certification preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years hands on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
- Extensive experience as a business systems analyst
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
- Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testing
- Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system
- Experienced with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
- Can demonstrate experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Well organised and pro-active in work practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong attention to detail & positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and priorities assigned work appropriately, according to business needs and priorities
