A great opportunity has arisen for a hands-on **Accounts Payable** Officer to join our team on a permanent basis.

**Reporting to the Divisional Accountant, you will be responsible for**:

- Manual processing and data entry of supplier invoices;
- Ensuring accurate & timely processing of a high volume of invoices;
- Weekly Timesheet entry and reconciliation;
- Reconciling supplier statements and accounts;
- Assisting in payment processing runs;
- Liaising with internal staff and external suppliers;

**You will have**:

- Experience in a similar type Accounts Payable role though not essential
- Sound numeracy and literacy abilities;
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Any experience within the Construction Industry would also be advantageous.
