Account Manager - QLD - Full Time - Brendale, Australia

Join our Services_APAC team within Services division in Australia as Account Manager - QLD to help us take Sulzer to the next level.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- To develop growth plans for the allocated territory and implement and execute these growth plans, including sufficient processes to measure the success of the growth
- Execution of the Account Manager Plan and collaborate with other sales staff towards an annual budget
- To co-ordinate and manage the activities including visit plans and ensure we develop a culture of aggressive goal achievement
- We consistently find ways to deliver our promises
- Develop geographical sales area and in support of driving volume growth
- To ensure the Head of Services Sales and Sales Excellence Business Partner receives prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to support effective forecasting
- To produce and own Forecasts for Order Intake with alignment from the Sales Excellence Business Partner
- To work closely with Service Centers and management to understand the WIP, quoting and order management to identify opportunities for improvement and jointly develop plans to deliver on these opportunities

**What you bring to Sulzer**:

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Relevant experience within related industry
- Experience of implementing sales strategy
- Knowledge of either Mining Metals and Minerals, Oil and Gas, or Power Utility segments and market behaviors
- Financial/budget management, specifically forecasting
