Gramerci have been engaged to source an Accounts Payable Officer to join a northern suburbs team as they continue to grow. This dynamic business service the construction, resources and manufacturing sector and have clients in Australia and overseas.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be primarily responsible for the efficient and timely processing and payments of accounts payable as well as some receivables work (not high volume) reconciliation of bank accounts and balance sheets. It would be advantageous to find an applicant who is an allrounder who can also assist with back up for payroll and other month end activities to support the team.
- Your role will also include but not be limited to;- Data entry of supplier invoices into the finance system (MS Dynamics)
- Preparation of daily bank journals and reconciliation of bank balance
- Preparation and processing of weekly and fortnightly payments
- Maintaining and organizing all files through in-house systems
- Reconciling statements from creditors and liaise regarding discrepancies.

**About You**:

- Minimum 3+ years' experience within a similar capacity
- Intermediate Excel, Work and Outlook proficiency
- Experience working with ERP is desirable.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
