**Site Coordinator - Administration**

Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Administrator to join our team full-time.

**About the role**:
As the Site Coordinator, you will be supporting Heads of Department and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion. This includes (but not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices, processing completions, certificate issuance, coordinating resources, trainer allocation and day to day Campus operations.

- Staff management experience
- A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes
- A great work ethic and adaptability
- Student Management System (SMS) experience
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including ‘Teams’
- Willingness to grow and expand

**Highly Desirable**:

- Proven RTO administration experience
- Experience with Government funding
- Student Management System experience
- Leadership experience
- Cover letter indicating interest and suitability to the role
- Resume indicating relevant qualifications, work history and experience
- Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia._
- A current Working with Children Blue Card and National Police Check is required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant_.
