As a pivotal member of a GFG Projects team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful execution of medium-scale projects, right from the design stage through to completion. You will work directly with the Operations Manager and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard with a strong focus on HSEQ compliance and legislation.

Key capabilities and requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
  • Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes as a Site Engineer or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of project scope through proactive programming and daily planning
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project progression
  • Proven understanding of construction process and project management methodologies
  • A strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Project and cost control software (ideally Jopac)
  • An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
