We are seeking a Principal Advisor, Business Continuity and Risk to join our team in Corporate Strategy and Governance.
As part of our team, you will assist in identifying existing and emerging risks, their causes and monitoring their controls and treatments are all critical parts of risk governance. Just as important is capturing the risk data in an informative format and conveying this information to our leadership team to enable informed decision making. You will have opportunities to participate and assist in this critical function.
Our continuity program challenges our ability to prevent, adapt, respond, recover, and learn from significant disruptions. We need to collectively manage our resources, build strong internal and external cooperation, and continually improve workplace culture, refreshing leadership awareness, and reigniting workforce strategies before the next eventYou will work with our continuity coordinators to build our resilience, champion a culture that is prepared for all hazards. You will build strong networks both within and across the sector to ensure we are responsive to change. You will undertake research and analyse our business impact assessment and annual assurance data to identify gaps, opportunities in our planning, preparedness and event learnings to share with our leaders.
