**Your new role**
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to participants, their representatives, and providers to verify and validate information.
- Analyse data from various perspectives, identifying patterns, trends, and insights.
- Collaborate with compliance activities to assess information and address fraudulent concerns.
- Undertake case management research to determine noncompliance or fraud.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team activities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role, such as call centre or customer service officer (essential)
- Experience working with people in the health and disability sector (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in managing high volumes of work and meeting critical deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**What you'll get in return**
