This is an URGENT 6 week contract on offer with the potential to extend based in Melbourne's inner bayside suburbs.

**Role**
Working with a nationally distributed team with 1-2 others in Melbourne, you'll be providing Level 1, Level 2, and hands-on troubleshooting and support of Windows 10, O365, Audio Visual and third-party networking, peripherals.

This is a role where you'll be supporting the business and patrons at Tier-2 venues. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and after hours as required. You'll be joining the on-call roster rotated through the team - working from home if called. Some travel may be involved at times.

You'll be working with a number of internal stakeholders, sponsors, national broadcasters and third-party providers.

This role would suit an experienced Level 1/2 with some desktop support to hit the ground running given the timeframes. Willingness to be hands-on and wear multiple hats is required.

**Role**
- Technical Support Level 1/2 to staff and contractors at various locations
- Support the SOE, resolve issues, following ITIL incident management processes
- Manage escalations to vendors as needed
- Support staff and visitors with hot-desking needs
- Ensure asset registers are up to date and user identity records current
- Provide on-call support on a rostered basis around the national team

**Requirements**:

- 3-5+ years' experience in infrastructure support and systems administration within a Microsoft environment
- Level 1,2 support and troubleshooting - ability to wear multiple hats
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with third parties, sponsor, network broadcasters
- Ability to work well under pressure, remain calm and professional at all times
- Ability to work with senior executives and support their VC, presentation and boardroom technology at times under pressure
- Bachelor's degree and tertiary qualifications in Information Technology
- Experience supporting Windows 10, O365, Audio Visual, Telephony, Networks
- Experienced with logging, incident management tools (eg Sumo Logic, PagerDuty)
- Ability to work weekends remote from home if called on support roster
- Friendly, outgoing, easy-going personality who works well with a range of people and supportive team player
- Ability to pass a national police check and working with children check as needed
- Have full time working rights (40 hours) per week is required.
