We are currently for a general manager 0f Noah's Wine Bar a new venue opening in Melbourne CBD. Monday to Friday, operating hours are 6 am to 5 pm for trade.

Noah's Wine Bar requires a committed and dedicated individual to lead the team and grow the business. Working Monday to Friday.

RESTAURANT MANAGER $75-$80k

Noah's Wine Bar is a Modern Mediterranean Restaurant that is searching for an experienced Manager to work directly with the team and Licensee.

We are looking for a committed and hands-on Restaurant Manager with wine, breakfast and coffee experience who loves what they do and can help lead the team to success. No Weekend work is needed.

We require someone who is passionate about food, beverages, making memories & most importantly customer service.

We are looking for someone with the skills to manage a shift juggling the needs of staff, patrons and the business.

You will need to have impeccable time management, organisation skills, strong leadership skills, an understanding of how to motivate and develop your team and the ability to work independently.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Manager looking for their next challenge, to step into a team, a venue, and a group that is committed to development and progression.

Must be available Monday to Friday daytime, and Friday nights. No weekends

What you need
- Experience in a similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality venue.
- The ability to lead and inspire action from others.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent product knowledge, across all departments. Food and Beverage.
- Excellent understanding of all facets of Management, including compliance, rosters/labour management, safety and stock control.
- Current RSA and First Aid certifications are essential
